Who it's for: 

 

 

Young people aged 16–18 who are interested in gaining hands-on experience of the world of work and exploring future career opportunities.

 

This placement is ideal for those who are curious, willing to learn, and keen to build confidence in a professional environment. Whether you already have a career in mind or are still exploring your options, this is a great opportunity to try something new, develop key skills, and get a real insight into how teams work day to day.

 

No previous experience is needed—just a positive attitude and a willingness to get involved!

 

 

What’s This All About?

 

 

Curious about how businesses stay fair, safe, and legally compliant?


This placement gives you the chance to see how legal teams support a business behind the scenes. You’ll have the opportunity to shadow legal professionals, learning how they help manage risk, review contracts, and make sure everything the company does follows the law.

 

You might also get exposure to real legal processes—like reviewing agreements, understanding policies, and seeing how advice is given to different teams across the organisation. You’ll gain insight into how legal decisions support big projects and protect both the business and its customers.

 

Along the way, you’ll pick up valuable skills like attention to detail, critical thinking, problem-solving, and professional communication—all highly useful no matter what career you choose
