EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

 

 

 

We have an exciting opportunity to work within our Customer Operations and Planning department and become part of our Administration and Technical Support team. As part of this role, you will predominantly be providing support to your colleagues, management team and planning team. Please note this is a 9 month FTC. 

 

 

You’ll be involved in several daily activities such as, ensuring accurate payments are made to our suppliers, running reports, collating data and carrying out quality checks So, every day you will be able to expand your skill set more and more.

 

 

Plus, as part of this team you’ll not only get to utilise your IT skills, but you’ll also be able to take ownership of your work, to ensure you’re meeting deadlines and managing your workload independently. A rewarding role all around.

Your key accountabilities in helping us will be:

 

  • Providing support to our colleagues to ensure targets are met
  • Provide administrative support to our Customer Network, Planning, and Productions teams.
  • Aid in the continuous improvement of our processes and performance by compiling and sharing system data.
  • Ensuring SAP system data is quality assured to ensure cost accuracy.
  • Managing and monitoring inboxes and work bench queues in order to meet our internal and external SLAs
  • Raise and receipt purchase using our SAP Ariba system to ensure suppliers are paid in a timely manner.
