EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
We’re looking for a Senior Waste Customer Technician to join our Reactive Sewer Services Team, based at our Bromsgrove site in Worcestershire. You’ll be supporting the Customer Delivery Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of around multiple Jetting Operatives crews, helping to ensure our network runs smoothly and our customers receive the best possible service.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be out and about across the county, helping to coordinate reactive works, resolve escalations, and support the delivery of high-quality wastewater services. While you won’t have direct reports, you’ll play a key role in guiding and supporting the wider team.
HOW WE WORK
With this being such a critical role, we’re looking for someone who can join us 37 hours a week Monday to Friday, including some evenings and weekends on a standby rota. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Ideally, you’ll have:
- Experience in wastewater, drainage, or sewer operations.
- A background in supporting reactive, field-based teams.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
- A full UK driving licence.
