We’re seeking a Resourcing Business Partner to join our high performing and collaborative recruitment team to support our Technology division.

 

In this pivotal role, you’ll be key to shaping the technology teams talent strategy, driving recruitment excellence, and ensuring we attract and retain the very best talent. In this role you'll be based at ourHead Office in Coventry working alongside our Resourcing and New Talent Colleagues.  

 

 

WHAT THE ROLE WILL INVOLVE

 

• Leading the way in delivering a seamless, end-to-end recruitment service across our technology directorate, ensuring every hire is the right fit, at the right time

• Partnering strategically with managers and senior leaders within the technology function to craft and deliver innovative, tailored recruitment strategies that attract top-tier talent to Severn Trent

• Hunting for hidden gems by using a variety of sourcing techniques to uncover exceptional candidates, whether they’re actively looking or not

• Championing the candidate journey, creating a smooth, engaging, and memorable experience from first click to final offer

• Building trusted relationships with stakeholders, becoming their go-to expert and a valued advisor on all things resourcing

• Driving meaningful change by leading and contributing to value-add projects that benefit both your business area and the communities we serve

In this role, you’ll take full ownership of permanent recruitment across our technology directorate. That means understanding the external talent landscape and how it connects to our wider Severn Trent talent strategy.

 

With stakeholders at every level relying on your expertise, strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
