Within our Capital and Commercial Services (CCS) department, we are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Waste Treatment delivery team!
EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
Based between our Finham (Coventry) and Tamworth office, as a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with the Business Lead and Project Managers to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. You’ll be responsible for tracking progress, managing information flow, and coordinating activities across the project lifecycle. This role is key to keeping the team aligned and ensuring deliverables are met on time.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prepare and standardize reports for senior leadership and governance meetings.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, meeting notes, and registers.
- Track project progress, budgets, and SAP data; manage contractor paperwork.
- Keep the team updated with essential documentation and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate supply chain appointments, procurement, and construction activities.
- Organize collaborative meetings, engagement days, and health & safety standdowns to boost team engagement.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity. Organise Business Lead diary.
- Travel to sites where required.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and produce accurate reports.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
- Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Familiarity with standards, codes, and compliance practices.
- IT proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); SAP knowledge desirable.
- Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively in a team.
- Experience preparing performance reports, business cases, and quotes.
