We’re looking for a Personal Assistant to join us at Severn Trent!

The ideal candidate will be curious and show great integrity in the work they produce. We want someone who is energised by the unknown and has a want to hit the ground running and start by making a difference to the business.

You’ll need to be empathetic, a forward thinker and have the courage to challenge upwards appropriately.

Also having excellent organisation, time management skills, and can effectively communicate with the stakeholders. The role does involve travelling relatively frequently to sites across our Midlands patch and beyond for stakeholder meetings.

 

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

 

Your role will include managing multiple projects and deadlines. We would love for you to want to get involved in activities around the business that spark your interest and bring a fresh perspective to the organisation.

You’ll also be expected to be fluent in doing standard Personal Assistant tasks like: diary management, managing mailboxes, organising meetings and travel, and preparing presentations.

It would be advantageous if you had done a similar role at executive level previously but not essential as..
