EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

We’re recruiting for a Water Operational Control Centre Lead (Water OCC) to join the Network Control leadership team, where you’ll provide a world-class control centre service that adds value, reduces risk and supports successful customer and performance outcomes.

Along the way, you’ll develop and grow the Water OCC service offering in terms of capability, performance and outcomes. Your other key accountabilities will include:

  • Ownership of seasonal preparedness activities ensuring key risks are appropriately mitigated and robust readiness plans exist for all Water sub-service areas
  • Build a clear and effective service, focussing on proactive network health, ensuring our storage and production assets are optimised to protect customer supplies
  • Actively support and enable the delivery of business-critical activities including the DSR inspection and remedial programme, capital maintenance interventions and Water Networks job build
  • Develop a comprehensive Water incident and event management framework and develop a learning and growth culture within the team
  • Create a team of highly effective, motivated and technically competent technicians and managers
