Within our Capital Design and Delivery department, we are looking for a Part time Administration Assistant/Data Clerk to join our team!

 

 

 

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

 

 

 

You’ll be based in our Finham (Coventry) office and provide administration support to the south project delivery teams 2.5 days a week.

Keys tasks will be SAP data inputting, PO requisitioning and receipting, preparation of reports from available data, organisation of meetings/preparation of the necessary information, and the management of stationery/office refreshments.

Note: A full UK driving licence is required due to the remote location. You would also be required to be in the office the full 18.75 hours a week.

 

 

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

 

 

 

You will have excellent IT skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint and knowledge of SAP is desirable. Be a team player with excellent communication skills and be able to work on your own initiative.
