Which is why we are excited to announce an opportunity to join our team as an Access Control Analyst, to join our Security and Resilience team based in our Frankley offices.

The key accountabilities of this role will include:

 

  • Process and manage a variety of Security pass, mobile credentials and Electromagnitic lock and key requests via multiple platforms ensuring we meet agreed SLA's
  • Controlling and managing access to all staff and contractors to both Severn Trent Water and Hafren Dyfrdwy sites using access control systems
  • Day to day management of queries and call queues, resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Initial diagnosis followed by the escalation of access faults and issues promptly, working closely with both internal teams and third parties to quickly resolve
  • Managing relationships with third party contractors to approve access, ensuring accurate data and information and attention to detail essential
  • Proactively managing issues impacting data integrity affecting Severn Trent Plc together with investigations
