EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

 

Join our Catchment and Biodiversity team to lead agroecological catchment programmes at the water-agriculture interface. You’ll manage STEPS (Severn Trent Environment Protection Scheme), guiding technical delivery across teams and ensuring robust, evidence-based approaches to water quality improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Leading assurance and data analysis (Power BI, GIS) for catchment schemes
  • Planning and developing future programmes
  • Engaging with stakeholders (EA, Ofwat, NGOs, farmers) to co-create solutions
  • Communicating the benefits of catchment management internally and externally

We’re looking for expertise in land management, soil science, hydrology or water quality, plus strong analytical and communication skills.
