EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW  

 

 

 

Which is why we are looking for a new Senior Repair Technician to join our Customer Operations division! This role is responsible for effectively organising and supervising the daily site activities relating to repair, maintenance, replacement, and installation of the Company’s below ground infrastructure network.

 

 

You will be ensuring customers are kept informed of works and to effectively manage any customer queries or issues on site ensuring Networks Teams are adhering to a right first-time approach.

 

 

 

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE 

 

 

Your key accountabilities in helping us will be:

 

 

  • You will use your organisational skills to ensure that the repair and maintenance work at site level is carried out in a timely manner to enable meeting of the company performance standards.

 

  • We’re all about effective working, so you will pride yourself on your ability to organise teams and plant / equipment to actively minimise financial costs.

 

  • The safety of all of our stakeholders comes first so you will be responsible for the health, safety and welfare of employees, contractors and customers affected by our works through effective and safe site management.

 

  • You’ll Maintain a high level of customer service through timely completion of customer driven works.
