We’re on the lookout for a passionate and driven Continuous Improvement Champion to join our dynamic Group Transformation team. If you're someone who thrives on making things better, smarter, and more efficient — this is your moment to shine!
Based at our Coventry City Centre head office, this role is all about empowering change. You’ll be at the heart of transforming how we work, helping teams unlock their potential through innovative Continuous Improvement (CI) tools and techniques.

What you’ll be doing
- Championing CI tools and embedding them into our change programmes and everyday operations.
- Facilitating engaging workshops and solving real-world problems at a local level.
- Driving process improvements with a focus on end-to-end thinking and building a change-ready workforce.
- Identifying and delivering measurable benefits that make a difference.
- Coaching and training colleagues to build lasting CI capability.
- Supporting and mentoring your peers within the CI team, sharing your expertise and growing together.
HOW WE WORK
You'll be based at our Severn Trent Centre in Coventry. With this being such a critical role, we’re looking for someone who can join us 37 hours a week.
You'll join a caring culture that collaborates to achieve, grow, and develop. Our employee engagement scores are among the highest globally in energy and utilities. That’s why, we value in-person moments to keep our culture alive but also understand the flexibility working from home can bring. So, you'll usually find us in the office, but working from home is supported, when you need it.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Here’s what will help you succeed:
- Hands-on experience with Continuous Improvement (CI) and SBF tools and techniques — and a clear understanding of how they work together to drive transformation.
- A proactive mindset that’s always thinking ahead, with a strategic view of the bigger picture.
- The ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, building strong relationships and driving collaboration.
- A track record of problem-solving and delivering change, whether through projects, programmes, or local initiatives.
- Experience in coaching and training others, helping teams build confidence and capability in CI tools and techniques.
