Severn Trent’s Waste Network Resolution is on the look out of a Feasibility Project Manager. We are looking for someone to have Project Management experience with a knowledge of Waste Infrastructure.

We are flexible on location as you'll be based at our one of our North or East Midlands sites. You can be based within Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Staffordshire, Shropshire, Leicestershire, whichever is located closest to you, but frequent travel to other counties listed is expected.

You’ll work within our Feasibility section of the Waste Network Resolution Team with approx. 6 others in your team. With this being such a critical role, we’re looking for someone who can join us 37 hours per week, between the hours of 7-3, 9-5.

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

 

Someone who can bring a proactive lens to the complex world of Waste Networks, you’ll be building the plans for brand new projects and jobs for the Delivery team to see through with the Operatives.

You’ll be problem solving your way through a variety of reactive and planned schemes by communicating with stakeholders like the EA, ecology teams, land owners, local councils to cover all bases of project creation/ planning.

You will then be providing a scope on design and risks and be needing to produce technical documents to then create safe and efficient deliverable packages that work for the Delivery Team to run with.

 

The below would be essential to being successful in this role:

 

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Previous experience in complex Waste Water repairs and projects is essential
  • Project management skills associated with project delivery.
  • Manging service orders for design
  • A good level of IT skills and an ability to produce technical documents
  • SMSTS – Health and safety qualification (we can upskill this)
  • NEC awareness (we can upskill this)
