  • Driving performance across schedule, cost, quality, risk and benefits realisation
  • Working closely with Delivery Business Leads, PMO, Commercial and Engineering teams to optimise delivery outcomes
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, delivery partners and supply chain organisations
  • Championing health, safety and wellbeing across all activities
  • Leading, developing and coaching project management teams
  • Supporting strategic planning, investment decisions and business case development
  • Acting as a deputy for the Delivery Business Lead when required

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior level
  • Experience working with delivery partners and supply chains to achieve programme objectives
  • Strong understanding of construction safety, CDM regulations and engineering risk management
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation
  • Excellent communication, leadership and decision-making skills

Qualifications
