EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
We are looking for a proactive and analytical individual to join our Flow Assurance team as a Flow Process Advisor. the performance and compliance of our Waste Water assets, you’ll bring insight and recommendations to WWR Team Managers, attend sites to support root cause analysis, and contribute to comm cells.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing new ways of working, identifying risks, spotting optimisation opportunities, and embedding lessons learned. You’ll be accountable for driving improvement activities and ensuring asset performance meets permit requirements.
Key Accountabilities:
- Work closely with Wastewater Operations and external stakeholders to ensure aligned goals and strong two-way communication.
- Use detailed data, forward-looking systems, and innovative tools to provide timely, relevant metrics and expert insights that drive operational performance.
- Oversee flow performance across sites, make recommendations based on data and experience, and support proactive interventions to prevent failures.
- Attend site visits to conduct root cause analysis, assure task completion, and hold Team Managers accountable for delivering improvements.
- Streamline reporting processes, improve data quality, and work with Flow Compliance and Assurance teams to ensure accurate tracking of site performance and delivery against permit requirements.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Strong communication and influencing skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, prioritise and deliver outputs to deadlines, and make timely, well-communicated decisions. The role also requires solid analytical and IT skills (e.g. Word, Excel, SAP, ESCADA, BI), an understanding of operational and customer issues, and the capability to interpret trends and manage process risks.
