EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

 

We’re looking for a forward-thinking and highly skilled Senior Performance Analyst to lead the delivery of performance insights across our Waste Proactive programmes. You’ll take ownership of task delivery, working closely with our Senior Project Engineer and supporting a team of analysts to drive measurable improvements across our operations.

 

You'll be based at our Raynesway site in Derby. You’ll work within our Waste Networks team of around 20 colleagues. With this being such a critical role, we’re looking for someone who can join us 37 hours a week Monday to Friday.

 

This is a role where your ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights will directly influence how we plan, invest, and deliver for our customers. You’ll be the go-to expert for performance analytics; scoping opportunities, building business cases, and tracking benefits to ensure we meet both internal targets and external commitments.

 

You’ll build strong relationships across the business and with our contractor partners, helping to shape smarter ways of working and championing innovation. If you’re someone who thrives on ownership, influence, and impact, this is your opportunity to lead from the front.

 

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

 

We’re looking for someone with deep technical expertise in performance analytics and a strong understanding of Waste Networks. You’ll be confident using tools like Power BI, Power Query, SQL, and GIS platforms to build dashboards, analyse trends, and deliver insights that drive change.

 

You’ll need to be comfortable presenting to varied audiences, influencing stakeholders at all levels, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in building proactive programmes and working with large datasets is key, along with a full UK driving licence.
