We’re looking for aResourcing Consultant for a 12 month contract to join our collaborative recruitment team based at our head office in Coventry. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in proactively identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with top talent for our Capital Delivery teams—ensuring we always have a strong pipeline ready for future opportunities.

  • Partnering with Resourcing Business Partners and hiring managers to understand workforce plans and future talent needs for Capital Delivery.
  • Proactively sourcing, engaging, and building relationships with high-potential candidates using a variety of channels (job boards, LinkedIn, networking, internal talent pools).
  • Creating and maintaining talent pools for critical and hard-to-fill roles, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Managing candidate communications and providing a seamless, professional experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to recruitment analytics and reporting.
  • Supporting end-to-end recruitment processes and participating in projects to enhance our recruitment strategy and candidate experience.

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

 

  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally with a focus on talent pooling or pipelining for technical or project-based roles.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to engaging passive candidates.
  • Confident communicator, able to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using recruitment technology, CRMs, or talent pooling platforms is desirable.
