Regional Scheduler

Hello. We’re Severn Trent and we think water is wonderful. And we’re pretty keen on people, too.

24 hours a day, 365 (sometimes 366) days a year we serve 4.8 million households and businesses across the heart of the UK. Each cuppa drank, each toilet flushed is only possible because of the 7,000 brilliant team members working across our patch.

We welcome people from all walks of life and celebrate individuality. We know diverse minds, experiences and backgrounds help us to learn and better serve our customers and the communities where they live.

If you want to do more because you care, we’d love to talk to you. There really is something for everyone here.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

Are you tenacious, resilient, and ready to be the driving force behind our waste network operations? We're on the lookout for 6 energetic Regional Schedulers to join our Workforce Planning and Optimisation team. 🚀

As a Regional Scheduler, you'll be at the heart of our mission, ensuring that every task is prioritized and executed flawlessly. You'll be responsible for managing the daily operations within your assigned County/Region, making sure that urgent tasks are handled promptly and all constraints are addressed to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

In this dynamic role, you'll collaborate with various teams across different functions, ensuring that the right work gets done efficiently. You'll manage both reactive and proactive tasks, coordinating with planning teams to implement long-term solutions. Your ability to adapt and manage schedules will be crucial in meeting our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and keeping both internal and external customers informed and satisfied.

You’ll work Monday – Friday 8am-4pm and will split your time between Raynesway, Derby and onsite within the region you partner. This will enable in person collaboration with key stakeholders in both Workforce Planning and Optimisation and Waste Networks. So, whether you live in Shropshire or Worcestershire, Gloucestershire or Birmingham, Leicestershire, Staffordshire, Nottinghamshire, Wolverhampton, Warwickshire or Derbyshire if you are able to travel we welcome your application.
