About the role:

 

Within our Core Waste Treatment  team, we are looking for an experienced project professional to support our vitally important design portfolio. You can be based out of our Coventry, Raynesway, or Shelton office.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Develop, manage, and report on project plans and schedules.

  • Adhere to and implement planning policies and procedures.

  • Support resource management and report actual performance and variance against plans.

  • Monitor and audit supplier schedules to ensure compliance with Severn Trent’s procedures.

  • Support the change control process by analysing proposals and identifying risks and opportunities.

  • Become a key member of the Core Waste Treatment Design team.

 

What you'll bring:

 

  • Relevant experience in scheduling project and programme plans.

  • Excellent working knowledge of systems, including, but not limited to Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, as well as various Microsoft work packages.

  • Strong understanding of project and contract management with proven  financial and commercial awareness.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of people.

  • Forward-thinking and innovative mindset, capable of anticipating challenges and responding to change.

  • Ability to make educated judgments and risk-based decisions in the face of ambiguity.
