You’ll be at the heart of improving regulatory compliance across Wastewater Recycling, bringing a clear, consistent approach to standards, procedures and systems of work across the region. Working closely with Team Managers and subject matter experts, you’ll develop and maintain high-quality, compliant documentation, ensuring everything is robust, controlled and aligned with legislation.

 

 

Acting as a trusted technical expert, you’ll support and challenge operational teams to meet regulatory and Health & Safety standards, while building their understanding and capability. You’ll monitor performance, report on compliance, carry out assurance checks and step in where needed to address risk or underperformance.

 

 

With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you’ll lead activity to reduce operational failures, embed best practice and strengthen long-term compliance—making a real impact on safety, performance and regulatory outcomes across the region.

 

 

 

 

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 

 

 

We’re looking for someone who knows how to turn standards into real-world performance. You’ll bring proven experience of driving compliance and improving operational results, backed by strong technical knowledge within Customer Operations and a solid understanding of CDM and contractor management.

 

 

You’re confident influencing at all levels—able to challenge constructively, shape behaviours and build a strong culture of compliance across the region. A natural communicator, you can simplify complex regulations into clear, practical ways of working, while using data, root cause analysis and performance insight to drive continuous improvement.
