Working within our growing and developing Customer Network Operations department we have a new opening which may just be a great opportunity for you!

 

 

You have the chance to join the team as a Customer Inspector Team Manager, where you’ll be responsible for leading a team of Customer Inspectors and Customer Coordinators to ensure customers safely receive a constant supply of good quality drinking water and excellent customer service.

 

 

Within this role you will actively own and resolve customer issues in your area and proactively seek new ways to improve our overall service to customers measured through C-MEX.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE 

 

 

Your key accountabilities in helping us will be:

 

 

• Delivery of planned customer inspection activity against performance targets – including meeting customer SLAs, appointments, keeping customers informed and raising quality follow on work.

 

• Ownership of end to end customer issues ensuring proactive communication and customer resolution, including customers significantly impacted by incidents and those that are complex/multi-departmental.

 

• Deliver customer side leakage inspection and resolution activity to support delivery of leakage ODI.

 

• Ensure that all inspection work and customer contact in your area of control is carried out in a manner whereby no-one gets hurt (employee, contractor or member of the public) as a result of the work we do.

 

• Empower and coach your team to deliver 10/10 customer service.

 

• Work in partnership with other STW teams and contract partners to ensure a seamless E2E customer journey.

 

• You will lead and embed change within the team to deliver sustained improvements to performance as well as look for improvements in the way we operate by minimising waste and speeding up our processes.

 

 

• Responsible for managing a budget including operational and capital expenditure.
