EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
A Customer Delivery Manager is our Reactive Sewer Services Operational Team Manager. You'll be based at our Leicester Water Centre in Leicestershire. You’ll work within our Reactive Sewer Services Team, within Waste Networks, with approx. 20-40 direct reports, including Supervisors and Jetting Operatives.
Your purpose will be to manage a team of operatives, use strategic thinking and complex problem solving to figure out critical escalations from your team and proposing ways to protect, resolve and future proof issues on the network. It can be a hands-on role, meaning you could be out and about looking after your counties network in person with your team.
HOW WE WORK
With this being such a critical role, we’re looking for someone who can join us 37 hours a week Monday to Friday, including some evenings and weekends on a standby rota. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
For this role, we would LOVE for you to have a passion for serving your local Community, at Severn Trent we cover 10 Counties across the Midlands and beyond. Working in your area should bring you pride and that should follow through into your work. Knowledge of the Wastewater and surface water runoff, drainage and sewers would be ideal, as well as experience managing reactive, operational out in the field teams.
