EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

We’re on the hunt for a Business Readiness Analyst to join our Customer Delivery team and help us deliver outrageously amazing customer experiences. This role is all about driving high-quality change, communication, and collaboration at pace — constantly challenging ourselves to improve and innovate.

You’ll be a key player in ensuring our teams are connected, informed, and empowered to deliver seamless change that truly delights our customers.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Collaborating across Customer Delivery to ensure smooth, cohesive change delivery that supports both customers and colleagues
  • Partnering with Managers to align delivery efforts and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Identifying opportunities to optimise and enhance our customer offering
  • Mapping connections between teams and systems during change implementation, and supporting trade-off decisions
  • Communicating upcoming changes clearly and concisely, while contributing fresh ideas to improve our approach
  • Sharing your knowledge and expertise in business readiness across the wider team

HOW WE WORK

We’re passionate about creating outrageously great customer experiences — and we believe that starts with our people. We work fast, think big, and support each other to deliver change that matters. You’ll be part of a collaborative, energetic team that’s always looking for ways to do better.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering change that truly makes a difference. You’ll need at least a year of experience in business readiness or change — but more importantly, you’ll bring a mindset that’s curious, proactive, and always looking for ways to improve.

This role is all about connection: connecting teams, systems, and ideas to ensure that change lands smoothly and delivers real value. You’ll be someone who can see the bigger picture while keeping an eye on the details, making sure nothing gets missed and everything links together seamlessly. You’ll be confident working across multiple teams, drawing out insights, and helping people make smart trade-offs when needed.

We value fresh thinking, so while you’ll take direction from the Business Readiness Manager, we want you to challenge the status quo — bringing new ideas and concepts that elevate our customer experience. If you’ve worked in a customer-facing environment before, that’s a bonus, but what really matters is your ability to motivate others, influence outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.

You’ll be the kind of person who doesn’t just manage change — you energise it. You know how to communicate clearly, rally teams around a shared goal, and turn pilot learnings into live success stories at speed. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.

HOW WE’LL REWARD AND CARE FOR YOU

It's not just a job; it's a career. We offer benefits that reward great work and award-winning training to help you reach your potential. Plus, you'll contribute to the environment and community too. Here are some of our favourites:

  • 28 days holiday + bank holidays (and the ability to buy/ sell up to 5 days per year)
  • Annual bonus scheme (of up to £2,250 per annum based on company performance)
  • Leading pension scheme – we will double your contribution (up to 15% when you contribute 7.5%)
  • Sharesave – the chance to buy Severn Trent Plc shares at a discounted rate
  • Dedicated training and development with our ‘Academy’
