An understanding of relevant standards and specifications is important, along with awareness of legislation related to process equipment such as the Machinery Directive, PUWER (Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations) and LOLER (Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations).

In addition, the ideal candidate will have experience in asset design and construction, including DRA and CDM requirements. Practical exposure to commissioning and snagging activities is also essential, ensuring that assets are delivered safely, efficiently and in full compliance with industry expectations.
