  • Support the effective delivery of both planned and reactive work, ensuring resources are utilised efficiently.
  • Manage the impact of unplanned absences and rota changes, adjusting schedules to minimise disruption.
  • Work closely with planners and operational teams to ensure long-term solutions remain on track.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the business.
  • Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and external organisations, including Highway Authorities, to support effective delivery.
  • Keep internal and external customers informed of progress, updates, and any changes to scheduled work.
  • Clearly communicate priorities and scheduling decisions to support a coordinated approach across the region.

Continuous Improvement

  • Use operational data and performance information to support effective decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency and customer outcomes.
  • Contribute ideas and solutions that help enhance service delivery and operational performance.
