EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW  

 

 

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Metering Services team as an Operational Performance Contract Analyst. This role is accountable for supporting performance improvement and value of the Metering Services contract through spend, supplier and market analytics, performance tracking and reporting.

 

 

Responsibility for the management of and contribution towards specific contract management reporting is a key aspect to this role, ensuring they deliver agreed objectives within time, quality and cost constraints.

 

 

Your key accountabilities in helping us will be:

 

• Producing and analysing metering contract data including trends by area.

• Carrying out audits on the job closure codes the contractor is using to ensure jobs are being shut down and charged for correctly.

• Providing analytical support to the operational performance team, checking and validating data and cost, as well as seeking out errors and omissions.

• Tracking and producing management information reports for meetings with stakeholders on a weekly basis.

• Proactively reviewing current ways of working and promoting a drive for continuous improvement.

 

 

 

 

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

 

We are looking for someone from a customer service background, with strong analytical skills and a knack for excel and SAP. The ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring requirements are clear and understood is key for this role.
