Join Our Field Team as a Metering Administrative Assistant …. We’re looking for a motivated and organised individual to support our Field team with key administrative tasks related to metering operations. In this role, you’ll help ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently - contributing to improved team performance, enhanced customer experience, and helping us meet our cost-to-serve and business ODI targets.
You’ll be working closely with field colleagues and other departments, so being a strong communicator and a collaborative team player is essential. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in accuracy and attention to detail, we’d love to hear from you.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
As a Metering Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Field team’s daily operations. You’ll use your proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft packages to manage tasks efficiently. Your responsibilities will include completing quality checks on meter readings and field jobs, identifying any issues and escalating them to your manager. You’ll also handle meeting bookings, room scheduling, and follow-up actions to keep things running smoothly.
In addition, you’ll maintain the asset register and monitor stock levels for equipment and meters, ensuring everything is accounted for. You’ll be responsible for producing our weekly team communication, The Flow, and keeping the Metering Field Complaints tracker up to date—helping us stay informed and responsive.
