Are you highly organised, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Join our Workforce Planning and Optimisation team as a Chemical Delivery Coordinator on a 12 month fixed term contract, where you'll play a pivotal role in keeping our field operations running smoothly. In this critical position, you'll be the linchpin between suppliers, logistics teams, and site managers - ensuring chemicals arrive on time, every time.
From managing delivery schedules and resolving invoice issues to maintaining real-time communication and tracking, you'll be at the heart of operational efficiency. You'll be based in Pride Park, Derby and will work Monday – Friday between the hours of 7am and 4pm.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a highly organised individual with excellent time management and communication skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, operational environment.
You’ll have hands-on experience coordinating chemical orders, managing high-pressure delivery cycles, and working closely with suppliers to resolve issues - especially where delays could impact critical shutdowns.
Proficiency in Excel and Outlook is essential, along with familiarity with SAP Ariba and procurement processes.
You’ll be confident placing accurate orders, ensuring compliance with safety and procurement procedures, and reviewing invoices with a sharp eye for detail, proactively resolving discrepancies in collaboration with suppliers and finance teams.
