EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
Are you a data wizard with strong analytical experience and advanced skills in Microsoft Office? Do you have a knack for turning numbers into compelling visuals using tools like Power BI? We are looking for our next Tactical Planning Lead Analyst to join the team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
As a Tactical Planning Lead Analyst, you'll be the driving force behind operational and process engagement in our dynamic environments. Your skills will drive impactful insights and strategic decisions, transforming our operations and elevating our performance.
You'll develop analytics capabilities within our Resource Planning teams and spearhead operational process engagement. Picture yourself as the key interface between Planning and Operational teams, crafting optimized resource plans to hit all operational metrics and KPIs. You'll also develop cutting-edge analytical tools to boost performance and coach colleagues to master these innovations.
Key accountabilities in this role include:
- Unlock performance insights to ensure we hit key service metrics.
- Collaborate with fellow lead analysts to streamline processes and boost team efficiency.
- Provide insights to continuously enhance our customer service.
- Extract and visualize complex data from multiple systems to enable critical decision-making.
- Drive multi-channel efficiency and identify cost-saving opportunities using data.
- Create insights to reduce duplicate efforts and multi-channel overlap.
- Coach, develop, and upskill planning colleagues.
- Contribute to the Resource Planning Cycle, understanding both tactical and strategic plans, and act as the onsite representative for Contact Centre Planning.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
First and foremost, we expect you to have a proven track record in contact centre planning with a deep understanding of the Multi-Channel Resource Planning Cycle.
Proven experience in influencing senior stakeholders to drive operational improvements is a must.
We are looking for someone with strong analytical experience, proficient in Microsoft Office with an understanding of data visualization tools like PowerBI.
