EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW  

 

As part of this programme, you'll play an essential part in improving the quality of water for our customers.

As a Project Coordinator, you will assist in the management of project deliverables from business case approval to project closure, helping to make sure that these are achieved on time, within cost and to our quality standards.

You will record minutes at project meetings, logging the Risks, Issues, Actions, Dependencies. You will be responsible for keeping detailed project notes and records ensuring the collaboration workspace is updated. You will produce reports for the project team ahead of board / governance meetings.

You will assist Project Managers in preparing project quality, control and performance feedback against metrics such as defects / customer complaints.

You’ll support with financial management of projects and be responsible for raising PO’s when instructed by the project manager.  Collaborate with the project team to resolve arising issues, while managing SAP & project related information.

Ideally you will join us with experience in a similar role and will have good co-ordination, organisation and communication skills to drive effective project management.

You will be motivated, keen to learn and work well with a team.
