Within our Capital Delivery and Commercial department, we are looking for a Project Coordinator to join the Capital Design team in Derby.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
 

As a Project Coordinator you’ll be playing a significantly important role in the successful delivery of projects. You’ll work alongside the project design team to track and dispense the information needed to do their jobs effectively, alongside keeping the project running smoothly throughout the design phase of a project.
 

You’ll be responsible for gathering relevant site information to support the progress of the projects. You will also assist with drafting business cases for governance approval and drafting service orders for consultant contract award. You will assist the design managers with maintaining their programmes; liaising with design engineers regarding design acceptance of deliverables. There will also be additional general administrative tasks to support the wider team.

You`ll have experience of producing data and preparing monthly performance reports using various statistics, as well as experience of working within a team environment.
 

As a Project Coordinator you’ll be well organised and have meticulous attention to detail, as well as excellent communication, report writing and presentation skills.
