We’re looking for a Performance, Change & Improvement Expert to join our Workforce Planning & Optimisation team. This role is really focused on continuous improvement, helping to ensure we deliver the “Optimisation” we’re named for.
You can expect to be:
- Creating quality checks and conducting data reviews, functioning as a key step in our auditing process.
- Provide support, advice, and training on improvement activity in WPO.
- Take ownership of improvement and change features, driving delivery as a product owner.
- Proactively analyse data and apply insights to highlight performance inefficiencies and standouts across the team.
- Enabling the team to deliver a 5-star service for our customers, through putting them at the heart of change.
You’ll be based at our Pride Park site in Derby. You’ll work within our Infra Planning & Scheduling team. With this being such a critical role, we’re looking for someone who can join us 37 hours a week, working across a range of shift patterns including evenings and weekends.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience working in a continuous improvement & change function.
- Digitally capable, with a familiarity of the Microsoft software suite.
- Prior experience with SAP systems, Click, and reporting from these tools.
- Proven capability to plan, manage and deliver end-to-end improvements.
- A diagnostic and analytical mindset, drawing insights and conclusions from data.
- ‘Right First Time’ attitude, focusing on high quality outputs.
