We are currently looking for a PMO Manager to work within our Programme Management Office (PMO).
EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
Based from any of our Capital Hubs, the PMO Manager will work closely and support Programme Managers who lead key critical workstreams within the PMO. You will work in a team with PMO Analysts and Controllers, working with key stakeholders to drive project and programme controls, continuously challenging and innovating to improve performance and drive continuous improvement. You will support the Programme Manager in programme controls as well as providing coaching, mentoring and support to the development of your team and their success. As a PMO Manager, you will play a key role in supporting us achieve a best-in-class PMO.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
You will have a proven track record of successfully within a Delivery or PMO environment. You will have experience of managing teams of internal and external resource to deliver high risk, high complexity and high value programmes, and you will have extensive experience of working closely with a supply chain to deliver. You will have a proven track record within high performing teams and a strong background in delivering financial and operational success.
You will be a dynamic and collaborative individual with excellent communication and influencing skills. You will have a strong ability to build successful working relationships with internal and external stakeholders from a diverse range of backgrounds, and hold a relentless drive for continuous improvement, with the ability to innovate and anticipate unexpected issues and challenges as they arise.
