Which is why we are excited to announce a new opportunity to join our water fittings regulations team as a Duty Desk Advisor based out of Raynesway, Derby.
As a Duty Desk Advisor, you’ll be responsible for providing day to day administrative support for the Water Fittings team.
Your key responsibilities will include, managing multiple work streams, scheduling proactive and reactive inspections, updating the companies reporting systems, monitoring the team’s central mailbox and liaising with customers through verbal and written communication.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
The key accountabilities of this role will include:
• Scheduling proactive water fittings inspections.
• Input and abstract data from multiple IT systems.
• Ensure emails, telephone calls are recorded in a reliable, accurate and complete manner.
• Triage queries and direct them to the appropriate person(s).
• Provide advice and support to the wider Water Regulations team, customers and internal/external bodies.
• Work in accordance with team processes and procedures as directed by the Water Fittings Regulation Manager.
• Manage multiple workloads both as an individual and team player.
• Take ownership of ensuring scheduled workstreams are on-track against internal performance targets.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Of course, it’s important that we attract the right skill sets, and those with the right experience but we value character, positivity, and a caring attitude in equal weight.
Apart from being a great fit for the team you’ll ideally have a great understanding of Microsoft applications and a proven ability of being an effective communicator.
You’ll need to have great organisational skills and be able to work at pace to schedule work, triage emails, deal with telephone enquiries and record information accurately using the systems required to undertake the role, e.g – SAP, SWIM, STRANDS and Office 365.
