You’ll play a key role in retaining contracts, expanding services, and championing a best‑in‑class Water Compliance offering that meets all statutory and contractual requirements. This includes leading and inspiring teams, managing contractors, maintaining high‑quality standards, and proactively identifying and resolving issues before they escalate.

- Maintain compliance for all team training, qualifications, and equipment.
- Provide support to the Scheduling team and Regional Supervisors, taking the lead in developing team skill sets to expand the service offering across the geographical area.
- Manage subcontractors and operational costs, ensuring value for money and high-quality service delivery.
- Lead and complete field-based Health & Safety management audits, ensuring both personal and team H&S targets are achieved.
- Plan, organise, and lead customer review meetings, with a focus on identifying and selling additional services.
