LET’S TELL YOU MORE
We have an exciting opportunity to work within our Customer Operations department as a Water Efficiency Analyst.
As part of the AMP8 plan, we are introducing a new ODI called Business Demand, aimed at reducing water demand from our non-household customers to improve the long-term balance between water resources and demand. This initiative is crucial in reducing the need for water abstraction and promoting sustainable water use.
In this role, you will lead the coordination of water efficiency audit activities with both non-household and household customers. You will ensure accurate invoicing and receipting for activities undertaken by third parties, maintaining precise financial records.
You will analyse data and processes to evaluate and deliver water efficiency initiatives that align with our customer demand strategy. Identifying and developing change opportunities to enhance water efficiency across end-to-end customer journeys, influencing consumer attitudes and behaviours towards water use, will be key aspects of this role.
You will ensure best practices are developed, shared, implemented, and recorded, fostering a collaborative environment. Additionally, you will lead first and second line assurance assessments, documenting evidence of completed checks to maintain high standards of accountability and transparency.
This role will include travel across multiple STW sites; therefore you must have a full UK driving licence.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a passionate individual with a proven track record in data analytics and diagnostics. The ideal candidate will have the confidence and practical experience to draw sound conclusions and make suitable recommendations, ensuring every pound is spent wisely to deliver exceptional results for our customers.
