LET’S CUT STRAIGHT TO IT

We’re looking for an Update Technician to join our Asset Intelligence team. You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate asset registers for our water and wastewater networks, ensuring data quality and compliance with business standards. This is a great opportunity for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and confident in stakeholder engagement.

What You’ll Do

  • Update and maintain company asset registers to high standards.
  • Analyse technical documentation and ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines.
  • Support continuous improvement and share best practices.
  • Provide technical support and conduct quality assessments.

You'll be based at our Head Office in Coventry. You’ll work within our Asset Intelligence & Innovation team. With this being such a critical role, we’re looking for someone who can join us 37 hours a week.


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience working with databases and data input.
  • Strong IT skills; knowledge of SAP/GIS is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of water and wastewater processes.
  • Understanding of lean principles and continuous improvement.
