As a Transformation Project & Change Manager, you’ll take the lead on one or more of our transformational projects—either within our dynamic programmes or by shaping brand-new initiatives from the ground up. You’ll oversee everything from concept to completion, delivering critical business change aligned with our proven Project Life Cycle and Delivery Framework.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading end-to-end delivery of strategic projects with real business impact
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders and keeping them engaged and informed
- Communicating progress in governance forums and ensuring change sticks long after delivery
- Setting direction for your project team, defining priorities, and keeping everything on track
- Matrix-managing change professionals and subject matter experts to deliver exceptional outcomes
- Creating a brilliant experience for customers and stakeholders every step of the way

You'll be based at our Severn Trent Centre in Coventry. With this being such a critical role, we’re looking for someone who can join us 37 hours a week.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring solid experience in project or change management, with a track record of delivering successful outcomes. Qualifications like Prince2, Agile, MSP or formal Change Management training are highly desirable and will help you hit the ground running.
We’re after someone who’s proactive, organised, and confident in both written and verbal communication. You’ll be comfortable managing multiple priorities and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
