We are looking for a Test Analyst who is passionate about delivering quality software that is on time and to the highest possible quality for our customers. As a Test Analyst, you will work within our Scrum Teams, to refine work for delivery though a Scaled Agile Framework Methodology. You’ll be continually working with and coaching our teams in delivering test strategies and plans, while also seeking to mentor where needed.

We will be looking for you to champion Quality Assurance standards, processes and tools, ensuring they are used within the Scrum Teams where possible. You will be dedicated to opting for our ‘Automation First’ Test strategy and looking to innovate along the way.

As one of our test analysts you will plan, create, and deliver quality test scenarios, scripts, and execution of scripts to ensure the highest quality outputs meeting our customers’ requirements by using both manual and automated best practices. You’ll also act as servant leader to own and resolve test delivery risks and issues and will continuously keep abreast of changing trends and innovations for Testing and Quality Assurance standards, processes, tooling and frameworks.

You'll be based at our Severn Trent Centre head office in Coventry. You’ll work within our dedicated team of Test & Business Analysts. With this being such a critical role, we’re looking for someone who can join us 37 hours a week, working Monday to Friday.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We will be looking for you to have a foundation level qualification in ISTQB Software Testing which will have helped you to have proven Test / QA Engineer experience. We’d love you to be knowledgeable and experienced in testing methods and practises incl. Non-functional, functional and Automation testing and have experience of working in a SAFe/Agile environment. An understanding of Salesforce applications will also be highly desirable.
