We have an opportunity for you to join our Smart Metering team and play a key role in driving sustainability across commercial properties in the ST region. As a Tech Support Specialist, you'll manage installations, schedule field jobs, send consumption alerts, and keep stakeholders informed—all while ensuring data accuracy and smooth project flow.

 

 

This is a fast-paced, varied role where your organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills will help shape smarter water usage and reduce leakage. If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.

 

 

You'll be based at our Severn Trent Centre site in Coventry. With this being such a critical role, we’re looking for someone who can join us 37 hours a week, working Monday – Friday.

 

 

 

 

 

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

 

 

We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional with excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel, and experience using computer-generated reports to analyse and present data. You’ll be confident managing a range of stakeholders in operational settings, able to work independently, and consistently meet deadlines.

 

 

Accuracy and discretion are key, ensuring sensitive data is shared only with authorised individuals. Ideally, you’ll have experience in an office environment and be familiar with management systems such as SWIM and Visio, with working knowledge of SAP.
