EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
We’re recruiting for a Service Owner to be the first point of contact for Business Intelligence requests related to our products and services.
You’ll work with the team and our Reporting Developers to understand their reporting requirements, while supporting them with what is currently available. You will also discuss new reporting requirements and identify the key stakeholders who you will be working with and ensure you own their report requirement requests and manage their expectations through the development of the reports to a point where they run automatically.
As our Service Owner, you will be the gatekeeper for all BI requests, therefore you will be raising the appropriate requests for new reporting and working them, to gather and capture the needs, benefits, and business value for each BI request. With this buy in you will then be able to produce a features/mandate for the BI team to assess and plan for delivery in the future.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
We’re looking for someone with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, adapting their approach to suit different audiences.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in either project management or business analysis, along with a strong foundation in key delivery skills such as requirements gathering, process mapping, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and supporting project delivery through structured methodologies.
These capabilities will be essential in translating business needs into actionable insights and ensuring successful outcomes across our BI initiative.
