Our Asset Intelligence and Insights Team has an exciting opportunity for you to join as a Senior SAP BW Engineer on a 12-month FTC.


We are looking for someone with strong team working and communication skills to undertake SAP BW and SAP HANA data model development in line with business requirements.  A key part of this role is explaining very technical information to not very technical people. You will work closely with our BI Team to develop pipelines into Power BI and support our procurement Team within SAP Ariba.

 

The team is responsible for the design and development of the data structures to support reporting requirements including design and development of the extract, transform and load processes to populate these structures in a timely and efficient manner.

 

You will also be required to support the diagnosis of incidents and to analyse functional requirements, create high level and detailed designs, create technical specifications, develop, test, and deploy changes.
 

You’ll be based out of our office Head Office in Coventry. You’ll work within our Asset Intelligence and Insights Team. With this being such a critical role, we’re looking for someone who can join us 37 hours a week. The role also requires participation on an out of hours stand-by rota

Apart from being a great fit for the team you’ll ideally have extensive hands-on experience in SAP. Great communication is key as you will be working both with your team and the wider business. You`ll have strong organisational skills and you`ll be able to work on own initiative.
