- Ensure effective transition of accountabilities to functional owners once integration activity is complete.
- Establish and manage programme plans, RAID logs, cost trackers and benefit realisation plans.
- Coordinate multiple interdependent projects across functions such as HR, Finance, IT, Legal and Operations.
- Monitor delivery against scope, time, cost and quality, escalating deviations where required.
- Drive disciplined reporting and decision-making through agreed governance forums.
- Act as the central point of coordination between corporate functions, acquired businesses and senior sponsors.
- Produce concise, senior‑level reporting on progress, risks, costs and delivery confidence.
- Work in partnership with HR to plan and deliver people‑related integration projects, including TUPE, organisational design, leadership alignment and communications.
- Apply change and stakeholder management techniques to support adoption and minimise disruption.
- Track integration costs, synergies and benefits against agreed business cases.
