We’re seeking a Resourcing Business Partner to join our high performing and collaborative Resourcing and New Talent team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be key to shaping our talent strategy, driving recruitment excellence, and ensuring we attract and retain the very best.

  • Leading the way in delivering a seamless, end-to-end recruitment service across one of our key directorates, ensuring every hire is the right fit, at the right time.
  • Partnering strategically with managers and senior leaders to craft and deliver innovative, tailored recruitment strategies that attract top-tier talent to Severn Trent.
  • Hunting for hidden gems by using a variety of sourcing techniques to uncover exceptional candidates, whether they’re actively looking or not.
  • Championing the candidate journey, creating a smooth, engaging, and memorable experience from first click to final offer.
  • Building trusted relationships with stakeholders, becoming their go-to expert and a valued advisor on all things resourcing.
  • Driving meaningful change by leading and contributing to value-add projects that benefit both your business area and the communities we serve.

We’re looking for a Resourcing Business Partner who’s not just great at recruitment, but thrives on building relationships, delivering results, and making a real impact. You’ll be someone who’s engaging, driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Integrity matters to us, so we’re after someone who’s passionate about doing the right thing, every time.

 

In this role, you’ll take full ownership of permanent recruitment across your business area. That means understanding the external talent landscape and how it connects to our wider Severn Trent talent strategy. With stakeholders at every level relying on your expertise, strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
