We’re now looking for a Property Service Desk Analyst—a customer-focused problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real difference.
EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
- Be the first point of contact for property-related queries
- Triage, resolve, or escalate issues to minimise disruption
- Manage third-party contractors and track job progress
- Maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement
- Deliver a professional, efficient, and friendly helpdesk experience
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
- Experience in a helpdesk or customer-facing role
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Forms, SharePoint, Excel, Word)
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Confidence working with suppliers and internal teams
- A proactive, caring attitude and a drive to improve
