LET’S CUT STRAIGHT TO IT


We’re now looking for a Property Service Desk Analyst—a customer-focused problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real difference.


Some of the key accountabilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for property-related queries
  • Triage, resolve, or escalate issues to minimise disruption
  • Manage third-party contractors and track job progress
  • Maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement
  • Deliver a professional, efficient, and friendly helpdesk experience

You'll be based at our Head Office in Coventry.  You’ll work within our Property team. With this being such a critical role, we’re looking for someone who can join us 37 hours a week.


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR


  • Experience in a helpdesk or customer-facing role
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Forms, SharePoint, Excel, Word)
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
  • Confidence working with suppliers and internal teams
  • A proactive, caring attitude and a drive to improve
