LET’S CUT STRAIGHT TO IT

Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to make a real impact in the water industry? Join our Strategic Water Resource Options team and play a key role in delivering high-value, high-complexity projects to regulatory Gate 4. You’ll work closely with technical and environmental teams, external consultants, and key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

What you’ll be doing:

Supporting the Lead Project Manager in delivering a programme of strategic water projects
Managing internal and external resources to meet regulatory milestones
Overseeing project budgets, risk management, and compliance
Building strong relationships with stakeholders across utilities, statutory bodies, and regulators
Contributing to Gate submissions and ensuring CDM/NEC contract compliance
Contribute to regulatory submissions and assurance processes

You'll be expected to work out of our Head Office in Coventry. You’ll work within our SRO Team. With this being such a critical role, we’re looking for someone who can join us 37 hours a week, WFH flexibility available and travel to other sites will be required at times so you’ll need to hold a full U.K driving licence.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Proven experience in project delivery within engineering or environmental sectors
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Knowledge of NEC contracts, CDM regulations, and health & safety compliance
Commercial awareness and financial management capabilities
Degree-qualified in Engineering, Construction, Project Management or Environmental discipline
Full UK driving licence

Desirable:

Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g. ICE, CIWEM)
IOSH or equivalent qualification
