Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to make a real impact in the water industry? Join our Strategic Water Resource Options team and play a key role in delivering high-value, high-complexity projects to regulatory Gate 4. You’ll work closely with technical and environmental teams, external consultants, and key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the Lead Project Manager in delivering a programme of strategic water projects
- Managing internal and external resources to meet regulatory milestones
- Overseeing project budgets, risk management, and compliance
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across utilities, statutory bodies, and regulators
- Contributing to Gate submissions and ensuring CDM/NEC contract compliance
- Contribute to regulatory submissions and assurance processes
You'll be expected to work out of our Head Office in Coventry. You’ll work within our SRO Team. With this being such a critical role, we’re looking for someone who can join us 37 hours a week, WFH flexibility available and travel to other sites will be required at times so you’ll need to hold a full U.K driving licence.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in project delivery within engineering or environmental sectors
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Knowledge of NEC contracts, CDM regulations, and health & safety compliance
- Commercial awareness and financial management capabilities
- Degree-qualified in Engineering, Construction, Project Management or Environmental discipline
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
- Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g. ICE, CIWEM)
- IOSH or equivalent qualification
