LET’S CUT STRAIGHT TO IT
As Project Coordinator, you will create and update project schedules and plans and monitor progress against the plans to make sure that these are achieved on time.
You will schedule meetings as required and assist with organising agendas, involving internal and external stakeholders and co-ordinate supporting materials. Keeping track of key decisions and actions from the meetings will help to drive the pace of the work.
You will prepare project related documents and data and work with stakeholders to gather input and validate and support decision making.
Keeping all stakeholders up to date with current information will be a key part of your remit, as well as sharing best practice and lessons learned.
In this role you’ll be supporting the Business Change Lead who will support you in every way of your journey to grow and to do more.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You’ll join us with experience in a similar Project Coordinator role, using great co-ordination skills, great communication skills to drive effective project management.
It is imperative that you can deliver both positive and challenging messages & drive collaboration internally and externally.
It is essential that you are organised and attention to detail focused, alongside a want to deliver work on time in a structured format.
It is essential you have a good working knowledge of Word, Excel & PowerPoint and advantageous if you have used SAP previously.
