Of course, it’s important that we attract the right skill sets, and those with the right experience but we value character, positivity and a caring attitude in equal weight.

For you to be successful as our PMO Support, you’ll have previous experience in meeting deadlines within a programme or project environment, and ideally have previously worked within an Agile environment.

We’ll be looking to you to pull on your strong planning, organisation & co-ordination

skills and be an excellent communicator, with the ability to flex your communication style to suit your audience.

We also want you to present a ‘can do’ attitude which will challenge and influence the Programme and Delivery Teams in the adoption of best practice standards.

Exceptional attention to detail is a further requirement for this role, as is the ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders.

Knowledge of SAP, MS products, Jira and a range of planning tools is ideal, alongside knowledge of project management principles, methods and techniques (Waterfall and Agile).
