LET’S CUT STRAIGHT TO IT
We’re looking for a proactive PMO Project Controller to join our PMO team and support the successful delivery of our Property Investment Programme. This pivotal role ensures robust project controls across risk, change, scheduling, and reporting, enabling strategic decision-making and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on the PMO processes and tools across risk, change, scheduling and finances for the Property Investment Delivery Team
- Own and deliver insightful, data-driven reporting to senior stakeholders
- Facilitate monthly programme reviews and risk updates
- Champion continuous improvement and PMO best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project health and deliverability
You'll be based at our Head Office in Coventry. You’ll work within our SRO & Property Investment Delivery PMO team. With this being such a critical role, we’re looking for someone who can join us 37 hours a week – WFH flexibility will be available with the expectation of being in the office a minimum 2 days a week (Monday & Wednesday).
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
About You:
- Strong experience in PMO controls and project scheduling tools (e.g., OPC, MS Project, Primavera P6)
- Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
- Confident communicator with the ability to challenge and influence
- Knowledge of project and contract management, with commercial awareness
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivery excellence
Desirable:
- Working towards APM/Prince2 or relevant professional membership
- Previous PMO Experience in all Controls
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office skills Word, Excel, PowerPoint & SharePoint, Power Bi and specialist tools
- Working knowledge of planning software including OPC, Microsoft Project and Primavera P6
- Full UK driving licence
